Java And DBCS Instances Missing in My Oracle Account

When logged into My Oracle Account, don't have access to JCS-SaaS Extension services that was purchased. Cannot see the Java or Database instances. Service can be seen on the My Oracle Services page, but not the My Oracle Account page.
