Emails Are Not Going Out From Fault Flow In ICS Integration And Log Shows Exception "Unhandled BPELFault:faultName: {{}selectionFailure}" (Doc ID 2261051.1)

Integration flow has fault handler with Notification Action but noticed the emails are not going out from Fault handler

Fault handler should send emails. Bug Logs shows the below error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure fault handler to send emails and note it's not sending mails.
