Goal

Steps to reproduce:

Create an

  1) Earning Element
        a) Regular
        b) Nonrecurring
        c) Allow Multiple Entries = Y
    at the Assignment Level


Requirement:
------------------
Requirements is to fetch the "Earned date" input value.

Issue:
--------
For the formula types : Participant and Rate eligibility , Oracle Payroll
 Where is the function or a DBI that can return the value in the “Earned date” input for the different elements entries.
The only DBI is the %_EARNED_DATE_UNIT_OF_MEASURE
