Symptoms

Date filters not filtering data correctly on OTBI analysis.

Release Version:  Fusion Application 11.1.11.1.0, OBIEE version 11.1.1.7
 
ISSUE

 Date filters not filtering data correctly on OTBI analysis.
 
ERROR
------
 No error, showing all records
 
STEPS
-----
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
 
1. BI Analysis report with date filter
2. Report need to filter based on the dates
3. As per customer requirement, they want to use report date >= and <= report date and the report is pulling all the dates, filtered dates are not filtering on the report output
 
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------
 The report should filter based on the selected date ranges
