After the maintenance, Opportunity Records Owner changed to user X by Oracle Administrator account without the customer agreement.
In certain cases, Oracle CRM On Demand writes information to one or more of these fields to reflect a change to the record that is not caused by an explicit user action. For this reason, it is recommended that you do not rely on the information in these fields to track the changes that users make to records.

''Siebel Administrator displays in the Modified field, as well as Modified By:Email of sadmin@VODMST.com and a Modified By: UserSign In ID of ODSADMIN when an update or stage refresh or other system process that required an update to a record or records, such as an update made by Assignment Manager.''
