On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to reverse termination for person number xxx the following error occurs.
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident:7386, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp.
You cannot set the primary indicator to N on the primary work relationship. (PER-1530510)
To select a different primary work relationship, set the primary work relationship to Y (yes) "
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Applications.
2. Navigate to Person Management work area
3. Search for the worker with Person Number, Including terminated work relationship
4. Click Actions > Manage Work Relationship to go to Manage Work Relationship page.
5. Click Actions > View Termination to go to "View Termination Details " page.
6. Click Reverse Termination
Then the above error is shown.
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to hire employee
