Symptoms
When attempting to save a newly created Product Concept, the following error occurs:
Attribute ATTRIBUTE_NAME in ConceptEO is required
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom attribute in Manage Innovation Management Custom Attributes
2. Navigate to Concepts
3. Expand right task menu -> select Create Concept-> enter the info, and Save and Close
