External Transactions Imported with wrong information

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Banking-Manage Bank Statements

External transactions in cash management that are created using web services are imported with wrong information (e.g. bank account ID). The newly created transaction can be found in the database but it is not visible in the UI.
