Symptoms

Error code: 1019031, Message: Unable to write [%s]; database is in read-only mode for backup

Cannot refresh the database or backup via LCM

Error:  /Essbase Data/database :- Import failed, Error details - EPMBKP-3: ERROR:Could not lock APP.DB Exit Code 3 - FAILED TO LOCK ESSBASE

AMW (Automatic Maintenance Window) has finished.
