Customer is running a File-Based Import task for Customer hierarchy members that generates error
The import job is completed with errors.
Error: "A hierarchy cannot have multiple root nodes. Ensure that a tree has only one root node. (HZ-120255)"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(a) Go to Navigator > File Import
(b) On 'Manage Import Activities' page, create Import Activity
(c) Select data file
(d) Activate Import task
