  1.Does Oracle always use certificates with one year validity ? The current year is  MM 2017 so for next year can we expect expiration during the same month? This information will allow us to fix a plan for a yearly maintenance activity.
 3.If Oracle applies new certificates before the expiration date of MM/DD, do the older certificates work after that date or should certificates be imported immediately when Oracle updates the certificate on the cloud?
 4.Can user's expect Oracle to renew the certificates for the non-production environments first and then for production? If not, why does Oracle not have a strategy like this in place?
