Symptoms

Supply Order Orchestration process for Back to Back Buy (B2B) fails with:

The combination for carrier, mode of transport, and service level is invalid


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create B2B order (for either Buy or Transfer flow) and progress to Awaiting Shipping.
2. Supply Orders are created - an error is shown on the - Supply Order Lines.
