Symptoms

You've logged into Workspace in PBCS as a user with the Planner role and you click Explore. The reports and folders you used to see are no longer there. You only see an empty Root folder. Admin users can still see the reports and folders.

Changes

PBCS patch 17.04.66 was just applied in the environment.
