Symptoms

Error when user switches to the Team Usage View for the second time.

Team Usage View not working properly, gives error "Unable to load data..."

An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again or contact administrator.

Unable to load data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. Users first attempt to access Team Usage View:

1. Log in to P6 Web.
2. Switch to Team Usage View.
3. Team Usage View works as expected.

B. Users second attempt to access Team Usage View:

1. Log in to P6 Web.
2. Switch to Team Usage View.
3. Gives error "Unable to load data..."
