A TCB integration process failed and no result was delivered to the FTPBOX as expected.
The TCB job's log and/or any error notification emails has something like:
Description: An I/O related error occurred.
Reason: Error while connecting to the FTP server: [FTP_Server].
Troubleshooting tip: Check the host and port information in the step configuration.
