***KM Review - Dec 2016 - Checked for Relevance***
Extensible FlexFields (EFFs) are used to store any additional data that is not resident in the data model - not necessarily only attributes that represent customer intent.
It is not currently possible (June -2017) to change Order Line and Header Extensible FlexField (EFF) information after an order has been shipped.
Customers need to be able to change EFFs from the Order Management UI after Submitting/Shipping and Closing an Order.
