Budget Tree not update with newly created segment value (Doc ID 2263076.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Budgets



Customer added new GL Account - and after tried to upload Budget which failed to roll up with below error.

One or more of the segment values is invalid because a rolled-up segment value with the prescribed tree label of the control budget cannot be derived.



ERROR

Out put of "Budget Import Results" Report shows below results
One or more of the segment values is invalid because a rolled-up segment value with the prescribed tree label of the control
budget cannot be derived.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Added new GL Account
2. Add new value to Hierarchies and published Hierarchies
3. Try to upload Budget for newly added  account
