Conditional Routing Is Not Working For Records, Resolving Action Being Taken - Unifier

Records are not changing conditions, when expected.  The issue is in the workflow where conditional routing is not properly moving to the expected step in the workflow. The record is displaying the in correct condition.

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace
  3. Check one record, and workflow steps where records was not moved to expected step.
