When trying to add a new user to an OSN object/conversation for instance from the FA Sales object Social network tab or into a conversation or other object directly from the OSN webclient, the message for adding an unregistered user is shown and when selecting the confirmation to save after adding the user as a member, the following error is received:
Users experiencing the issue have an apostrophe in their name
