Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Help Desk Users, who only have permission to reset passwords are getting the following error: smartorg@unchealthcare.taleo.net (20170428143513466)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Help Desk agents should be able to reset the user passwords without getting a system error.

STEPS
1. Log into ZONE
2. Grant ONLY Manage User Account permission
3. Attempt to save a Password Change

BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue Help Desk Users assigned the task of ONLY changing passwords are unable to do so. This is impacting all Help Desk Users and End Users requiring their assistance.
