FCCS_members Jump Back After Update
(Doc ID 2263863.1)
Last updated on MARCH 05, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service - Version 16.05 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
To maintain the client chart of accounts, the user has moved certain FCCS_members to a different location within the hierarchy. However, after an update, they jump back to its original place in the hierarchy. This is quite inconvenient as they have to move back all the FCCS_members in order to keep the data rolling up correctly.
In addition, the user has altered some of the FCCS_member's alias, in order to match the client's Chart of Accounts. This is also reset after a system update. And, so the user has to make the same changes every month twice (test & prod), which is highly inconvenient for the user and their client.
