Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

The Import segment values and hierarchies process ends in error when using a csv file exported from DRM (not using the excel template in OER)

Load of segment values and hierarchy data from DRM failed with errors. (GL-781710)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
0. Generate the cvs file from the DRM (Data Repository not from the excel template).
1. Upload the file into UCM.
2. Navigator > Scheduled Processes > Load Interface File for Import > Import Segment Values and Hierarchies process and Select the zip file.
