Blank Page is displayed when the HR Specialist views the performance document of the worker
Customer has defined a Performance Template that contains only 1 task for the employee and the template includes only the questionnaire section. Once the worker completes the questionnaire and submits the performance document, the PD is completed. As a HR user, use the task 'Search for My Organization Performance Documents' to search for the performance document of the worker. Once the user clicks on the PD name from search result, a blank page is displayed and the HR user cannot see the details in the document.
Expect that the HR user should be able to view the contents of the worker's performance document
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HR Specialist
2. Navigator > My Workforce > Performance > Tasks > Search My Organization Performance Documents
3. Search for the worker's performance document
4. From search results, click on the PD name
5. A blank page is displayed
