Oracle Fusion Benefits: Employee Should be Able to Enter Benefit Amount of HSA on the Same Screen as Declaring Life Event

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We have configured HSA plan as a part of the program as is the normal practice in US Region. Since we can change the Benefit Amounts corresponding to HSA at any point of time, we have created a self assigned life event called as 'Change HSA'.
Is there a provision where-in we can enter the amount corresponding to HSA on the same screen as declaring the life event - i.e on Record Life Event screen?
