Can´t Create And Open Leads After Release-change

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

The customer cannot open and create leads . The issue begins after release change .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator-leads
2. Create/Open leads.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create/open leads
