Symptoms

On Unifier : 17.4 version, Unifier User Mode

Unable to Activate a Rule and unable to Edit an existing Rule's Formula.

Per WBS Rule Invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and navigate to the applicable Rule's workspace in Admin mode
2. An Inactive Rule that should be validated is unable to be set to Active

The following is an excerpt from the Unifier log files: Error:rule_id =99500,java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended~

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin cannot activate a Rule that had been working prior to 17.4 upgrade.
