Getting Server Time Out Error While Accessing The Application

From time to time the users get an error saying the environment is not available. After a while it starts working again.

Server not available

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC

2. Navigate across the application.

3. Getting timeout \ server not available error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the application for some time.
