Customer has territories set up.
- they create an account with an address, then the account gets correctly assigned (expected);
- when they edit that address and then save, then the account gets again correctly assigned (expected);
- however, if they are deleting that address and then they are adding a new one and save, then the account will NOT get correctly assigned and this is their issue.
