Multiple merge issues - log files needed

Data Stewards are coming across different types of errors after submitting merge requests.

An error occurred when running the merge service. Check the server log file for more information.: A similar relationship with an overlapping date range already exists for this period. (HZ-120022)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a merge request

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot merge records.
