Unable To Run Assignment On Lead Using A Web Service (Doc ID 2265127.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to execute Lead assignment via webservice through an object trigger, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Exception in expression "MklLeadEO" trigger "callWebService" : oracle.binding.expr.ServiceInvocationException Unexpected exception caught: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException, msg=Client received SOAP Fault from server : JBO-MKL:::MKL_LEAD_ASSIGNMENT_ERROR: : null: Client received SOAP Fault from server : JBO-MKL:::MKL_LEAD_ASSIGNMENT_ERROR: : null
at "MklLeadEO" trigger "callWebService" line 3


Replication Steps

1. Navigate to Application Composer

2. Register the webservice https://(CRMDomain,Sales)/mklLeads/SalesLeadService?WSDL

3. Create Lead object trigger(After commit in Database) for execute the web service with below script:

def leadId = getAttribute(nvl('LeadId',""))

adf.webServices.AsignarLead.assignLead(LeadId)

  4. Create a new Lead
