Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to upload create personal payment method through PBL. Please note that the bank, branch and account number exists in the UI.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"JBO-Provide bankAccountId or BankName,BankBranchName,CountryCode,BankAccountNumber"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PBL
2. Run the process
3. Received the above error.
