Error on Opportunity Save and close

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 1990, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_1, Application Name: SalesApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new opportunity from UI
2. Add Sales campaign, primary contact
3. Click the "Save and Close" button

The issue has the following business impact:
The opportunity cannot be saved and closed by user
