Delete BI Folder with permission set to Open (Doc ID 2265350.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Analytics

1. With admin user you created the following folder structure
Shared Folders>Custom>Custom_1>Custom_1_1
At this moment all folders have the default permissions.
Now, if we change the permission in Custom_1_1 for Bi Administrator Role to Open you are still able to Delete it.
Now, if we go up in Custom_1 and put Bi Administrator Role to Open you are still able to delete Custom_1 but not the Custom_1_1( the delete option is greyed out)

Expected result: if you change Bi Administrator Role to Open for whatever folder you should not be able to delete it.
