When accessing the 'Administer > Application Settings' page it takes upwards of 5 minutes for it to load. After which, the loading icon continues to spin when accessing other pages in the Application Settings dialog.
The 'Administer > Application Settings' page to load quickly and the loading icon to disappear once complete.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 WebAccess.
2. Go to the 'Administer > Application Settings' page.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the performance of the 'Administer > Application Settings' page is unacceptable.
