Symptoms

On : Rel 12 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After defining third parties to be used as payees, updating the third-party's name is not reflected in the EFT (BACS) file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Generated EFT file to reflect payee's name at the time of generation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Court order for employee #XX
2. Third Party already created
3. Create object group for emp XX
 4. Submit Payroll
 5. Calculate Prepayments
6. Run EFT Process
7. Change the Third party name
8. Check in manage calculation cards, it reflects the name change
9. Run payroll for ex 8 2017 Lunar Month | 2017-04-09 | 2017-05-06
10. Run prepayments
11. Run Make EFT
12. Name is still not yet changed.
Expected Payee Name: HMCS_CHANGED
Actual Name in BACS File: HMCS (old Name only)
