Getting A Time Out Error During Assessment Template Duplicate

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has Sales Excellence Customer Survey assessment template already existing in system .
They need to change this assessment template name. They did not seen any option for changing name. So for this we tried to duplicate existing assessment template .
Then they are getting below mentioned error.
"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5":
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Customer Center Assessment Template. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."
