Is it possible to allow only certain users or roles to create new labels in Engage when replying to customer interactions?
Currently, any user can create a new label if he/she types a new word, which leads to a big number of erroneous labels.
We would like a feature where only specific users are allowed to create labels (e.g. administrators) and users with the Moderator role are allowed only to use preexisting labels.
