Calendar View Not Loading for User

On : NA version, Publish

 User reporting that Calendar View in Publish tool is not loading for users and preventing post creation and review.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Publish.
2. Go to Calendar View.
3. See that Calendar View is blank

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Calendar View in Publisher.
