On : version, Contract Authoring

We have configured auto approval Clause and contract template.
The result of submit to approve is the message:

Error in routing slip. The task is assigned to an invalid user operations in realm The routing slip is associated with the task definition default/ContractsTermLibTemplatesComposite! Verify that the user is specified correctly in the routing slip in the task definition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Auto approval
2. Submit Clause for approval
3. Receive Error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot auto approve contract clasue
