Symptoms

When running Crediting in total mode, part of the process checks if the credit's credit_rule_id is still matching the existing rule_id. If it does not (ie. credit rules recreated), then process will go through the revert transaction steps.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Performance time improved.

STEPS
1. Create Direct Credit Hierarchy Rules

2. Run Crediting

3. Run Calculation

4. Delete the parent direct credit rule hierarchy

5. Recreate the direct credit rules using webservice

6. Run Deploy Credit Rules

7. Run Crediting (request_id 429451, took 15.32 hours to complete)
