Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Set Up Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to select different coverage in self service benefits section (SSBN) and as a Benefits Administrator, in the drop down list for coverage, only the minimum value is shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the setup, in the coverage List Of Values (LOV) should be values to choose from the minimum coverage (420,000) to the maximum (700,000), with an increment of 10,000.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as employee and go on the specific plan and option.
2. See in the coverage drop down list there is only one option shown, the minimum. You should have seen several options, not just one.
3. Login as Ben Admin and go to the same employee enrollments and see here as well, only the minimum value is displayed.
