Timeliness Evaluation not working (Doc ID 2266580.1)

Timeliness evaluation rules do not appear to be working.

These are currently set as this for all Life Events:
Timeliness Evaluation Process potential life event manually
Timeliness Days 90

However on a life event being assigned from a date much earlier than 90 days, all life events processed after this being backed out and the new life event which should have been set to Manual was Processed.

Tested changing the values to the following:
Timeliness Evaluation Void potential life event
Timeliness Days 1

This also resulted in life events being backed out and the new life event older than 1 day being processed and not voided, as per the rules configured.
