Symptoms
Collecting Supply data using the - Collect Planning Data - task does not complete successfully.
The Collect Planning Data [Collection Job Set > Extract Master] reports an error for the Sales Order Entity.
SALES_ORDERS : 1379652 : ORA-12899: value too large for column "FUSION"."MSC_ST_DEMANDS"."SERVICE_LEVEL" (actual: 31, maximum: 30)
1. Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for and select the task - Collect Planning Data
3. Collect either - Supply Planning Data - in this instance - Sales Orders - was collected
4. Monitor the collection process which shows that this fails with the error
