ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The daily rate for the Unauthorised Absence deduction doesn't include the value paid for the Benefit Allowance element. The Benefit Allowance element is a % based calculation dependent upon grade. The element doesn't have an required input values as the fast formula calls a custom table to aquire the correct % based on the employees grade. The element has periodicity set to Periodicity. Another element Additional Benefit Allowance, which has an input value of Annual Amount and periodicity set to annually which is included in the calculation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Benefit Allowance element with no input value and periodicity set to Periodicity.
2. Attach it to an employee
3. Run quickpay
