Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The deduction amounts are not pulling correctly from the employees currently assigned benefits.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The benefits amounts should be pulling correctly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll employee in benefits
2. Check the amounts being deduction and see that they are not correct.
3. Vision is waived, but the employee is still being deducted for vision.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is causing the employee to have the wrong deduction amounts and is causing manual work on payroll.
