Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Set Up Benefits
When attempting to process a life event for an employee that was transferred, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The selected enrollments result in an overlap with an existing entry for the same element. (BEN-991105)
The error occurred while creating an entry for element TbLife and rate Group Life: OIPL: $105,000 Rate for the date 2017-05-01.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a life event for an employee that was transferred
2. The error is thrown.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The event for the employee cannot be processed.
