Temporarily disable life events from being detected within a particular window (Doc ID 2267133.1)

Last updated on JUNE 07, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The requirement is that Life Events not to be detected and back out Open Enrolment. Looking for way to prevent this and whether a date-track update to the person life events to remove the trigger for a temporary window can be done. However it would seem the removal of the Person Change from the Life Event isn't session tracked like other fields on this page.

Navigate: Benefits Administration > Plan Configuration > Manage Life Events – Life Events
Search for existing Life Event ‘Birth of Child’ – date-track 01-Jun-2017 > Delete > Yes > Save and Close
Search for ‘Birth of Child’, effective date still shows from 01/01/2010
Session search with effective date 01/05/2017
Birth of Child LE Person Changes is missing, even though this was a date track update.
