Symptoms

When attempting to access help page in Approvals tab, the following error occurs.

ERROR
"404 the page does not exist or is not available."

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 web access.
  2. Navigate to Approvals tab.
  3. Click Help.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the help page in Approvals tab.
