Reconfigure Inbound Takes Much Longer than Expected

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Saving a Configuration after Reconfiguring, the action takes much longer than expected depending on the size of the quote.
This can also happen when there are no Revert to Defaults, Line Item Default functions, or additional BML on the Reconfigure Inbound, Recalculate, and Update Line Items actions.
When adding a new Configuration, there is no delay and the add completes quickly.
