Attempting to Create BP Record Via CSV Import Fails With no Error CSV File Output

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to create a record via CSV import, the import fails due to a formatting error of the CSV import file.
A system notification message pops up asking if the user would like to download the error log, if the user select Yes, and the error log is produced but it is blank/empty and does not contain information about the reason for the failure as expected.
Typically when a CSV import fails and the System Notification comes up and Yes is selected, a CSV Error file is generated that provides some information about why the CSV import failed.
